Agabo Abdallah Hakim is a 12-year-old boy in Primary 5 at Salama Primary School for the Blind. He enjoys writing and hopes to become a doctor in the future. His teachers say he is progressing well and shows good effort in his classwork. He is in good health and participates actively in school life. At home, he lives with his aunt, who cares for him since both of his parents are deceased. His aunt does her best to support him, though resources are limited. Abdallah is a bright, determined young boy who benefits greatly from encouragement as he continues his education.

Ddiba Erisa is a 21-year-old young man in Secondary 6, waiting for Diploma/Vocational placement. Erisa loves Geography and hopes to become a Doctor. He is socially active and enjoys studying and playing football. At home, he helps fetch water and firewood, while his mother and aunt work as peasant farmers cultivating food for the family. Erisa’s father passed away in 2006 due to an accident. His mother completed Secondary 2 and is in good health. He lives with his mother and aunt in a household of four, along with his grandfather. His favorite foods are rice and beans.

Ryvin Mwesigwa is a 13-year-old boy currently studying in Primary 6. He enjoys literacy and has shown improvement in his academic performance. Ryvin aims to become a doctor and is motivated to continue learning. He lives with his mother, who completed Secondary education, while his father is absent. At home, he contributes to daily responsibilities and supports his family. Ryvin enjoys simple activities and values his time at school, where he is building important skills for his future. With continued support, he can stay focused on his education and work toward achieving his goals.
